Road Bike guests at le Moulin are provided with a personalised Route Dossier on arrival.

The dossier includes the following items in respect of the routes we propose to you.

●     Route-cards

●     Highlighted map on A4 sheets

●     Gradient profile

●     Original IGN 1:25,000 maps of the region

Route-Cards - an example of a Moulin Route-Card is shown on the right.

Moulin Route-Cards are designed for ease of use. They are about 11cm wide and encased in plastic so they slip easily in and out of a cyclist's shirt back-pocket. The plastic coating ensures that the route-cards will not disintegrate on you.

The information on Moulin Route-Cards is the minimum compatible with you not getting lost - therefore easier to follow.

Highlighted Maps - a typical example of a Moulin Highlighted Map is shown on the left.

The actual sheet size is A4 and the sheets are encased in plastic.

We can supply a light-weight map holder to fix on your handlebars to conveniently hold these maps if you prefer them on your ride to (or as well as) the route-cards.

Gradient Profile - an typical example of a Moulin Gradient Profile shown on the left.

As you can see, total distances and ascents are also calculated by the computer.

By comparing lengths and profiles you can choose the rides most suited to your enjoyment and/or training needs.
